All interest rates are accrued on basis 365/360 days.

Interest rates for private individuals with balance more than EUR 100 000 on their accounts (current accounts/deposits/FlexSave) are negotiated individually.

For loans

Housing loan "New Home"

Housing loan New Home" is available in EUR. You can choose between a floating interest rate that will be adjusted in line with the benchmark in the beginning of each 3-month period, and an interest rate that will remain fixed in the first 5-year period.

All interest rates are per annum.

Example 1

For Housing loan “New Home" in the amount of EUR 70 000 with salary transfer and a loan period of 15 years, floating annual interest rate of min 2.80%, consisting of consisting of the 3-month EURIBOR, increased by a surplus of 1.20%, the total not less than 2.80%+ Law 128/75 levy, one-off expense for research and loan application assessment: EUR 300: equal monthly installments EUR 484.27 for the first 6 months, total amount due (principal, interest and fees) EUR 86 639,57. Annual percentage rate of charge (APRC) - *** 3.30%.

Example 2

For Housing loan “New Home" the amount of EUR 50 000 with salary transfer and a loan period of 12 years, fixed annual interest rate for the first 5 years 3.50%, consisting of the 3-month EURIBOR, increased by a surplus of 1.90%, the total not less than 3.50%+Law 128/75 levy, one-off expense for research and loan application assessment EUR 300: equal monthly installments EUR 429.84 for the first 10 years, total amount due (principal, interest and fees) EUR 61 896.96. Annual percentage rate of charge (APRC) - *** 4.20%.

 

*** The Annual percentage rate of charge includes: a collateral evaluation fee /apartment/, fees related to issuance of documents for registration/deletion of prenotice of mortgage, one-off expense for research and loan application assessment, annual property insurance fee monthly internet banking service.
