• 74% of the ProCredit Bank Bulgaria fleet is electrified
Renewing our fleet with electric vehicles is one of our initiatives as an environmentally responsible company. In 2015. ProCredit Bank was the first bank in Bulgaria to purchase 10 electric vehicles. Over the years, we have continued to electrify our fleet, and in 2023 we added 10 more electric vehicles. Thus, 74% of our fleet is already electrified.
• Equal participation of men and women in the Bank's team
Gender equality is an essential part of creating an inclusive work environment. Our commitment to gender equality is based on the values and principles described in our Code of Conduct and is the result of the culture of the institution and employees, not the setting of quotas and targets.
• Environmental management system
We introduced an environmental management system back in 2012 - marking over 10 years of focused work to manage the Bank's environmental and social impact through the funding we provide and our terms as an employer.
