- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales (banking or financial services or other business-related sector)
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to the position
- Strong client relationship management skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Very good command of English language
- Demonstrate a forward-thinking mindset and take initiative to identify challenges and opportunities
- Driving license would be considered as an advantage
- Readiness to work with targets and KPIs; results oriented approach
- Military duties fulfilled (for male candidates)
Business Client Advisor - Medium Clients
What you will do:

Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring client portfolio growth, actively work on customer retention and other negotiated goals

Proactively engage with new and existing clients to build strong ongoing relationships and provide comprehensive services, supporting them to develop successful business

Develop strategies and prepare proposals to attract new clients and establish lasting partnerships

Proactively searches for new business opportunities to expand client portfolio Identifying prospects/referrals from other internal/external networks

Direct selling of loan and non-loan products to customers and potential clients

Building and maintaining an awareness of local market and general economic conditions

Dive deep into client applications - preparing thorough analyses to drive informed financial decisions
