Change in the Tariff for Legal Entities as of 25.05.2021

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that as of 25.05.2021 the following changes in the Tariff for Legal entities are coming into force:

          1.     Fee for Legal Due Diligence / preparation of documents for registration in the land register / cadaster /pledge register:

- up to EUR 250 000 incl. - EUR 120
- EUR 250 001 – EUR 750 000, incl. - EUR 250
- EUR 750 001 – EUR 1 500 000, incl. - EUR 500
- EUR 1 500 001 – EUR 5 000 000, incl. - EUR 1 500
- above EUR 5 000 001 - Upon agreement
