Changes in the Terms and Conditions for payment services, effective from 01.01.2025

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you regarding the following changes in the General Terms and Conditions for payment services (GTCPS) of ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) EAD – Thessaloniki Branch, which are into force as of 01.01.2025:

-  p.58 removed text ,,in foreign currency”

-  p.65 new information for instant transfers in euros is added

-  p.66 removed text ,, payment transactions in BGN/EUR; one-off BGN/EUR currency exchange payment transactions, or”

-  p.69 updated reference to applicable EU regulation the Bank complies with when executing payments;

-  p.71 information how and when the Bank process the incoming transfers in euros is added

-  p.145 reference to point 69 GTCPS is added.

-  p. 174 reference regarding notification of client who is natural person
