Changes to the General Terms and Conditions for lending to private individuals clients as of 01.06.2025

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you of the following changes to the General Terms and Conditions for lending to private individuals clients of ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) EAD - Thessaloniki Branch that will come into force from 01/06/2025:

- Deletion of the clause for the obligation of prior written notice by the client to the BANK at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the exercise of his/her right to early repayment of his/her loan obligation (former article 20 par. a).
