Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to the branch network in Thessaloniki regarding products, procedures, and client cases
  • Coordinate with branches to execute strategies for attracting and managing business clients
  • Monitor performance versus targets and support achievement of business goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitors; identify opportunities in the SME segment
  • Plan and execute client acquisition initiatives and marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to development and improvement of products and services
  • Communicate with branches regularly, collect feedback, and propose improvements in processes and service quality
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and internal communications; participate in projects and process optimization

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 3–5 years of banking experience, preferably with business clients / SME segment
  • Knowledge of Greek will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services
  • Experience in market analysis and client acquisition initiatives
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent command of English; very good MS Office skills; willingness to travel
